Positive: Very nice apartment, close to everything. Easy checkin and nice communication.
Negative: The apartment is in front of a bar, but if you close the door of the living room, you hear nothing in the bedroom.

Definitely clean. Only one bedroom. Living room where convertible couch is located is a tough place to sleep. Night club across ally is pretty loud for that room. Security is also so/so. We did not have any issues but lock on outside in ally and door to apartment should be upgraded.
