Spacious 3-Bedroom Apt in the Heart of Philly

The owners were great, very responsive. The area was absolutely amazing, super walkable with so much to do! Positive: The location was amazing the property was cute and cozy Negative: There were a few housekeeping issues, small things that we alerted the owner to and they were right on it and receptive to taking care of immediately

The apartment is great. It’s beautiful inside and it’s in a lovely safe neighborhood. There is a steep flight of steps to get into the apartment. Not ideal for elderly or folks with walking issues. Parking is a nightmare. Either on the street or in parking lots you have to constantly pay to park. It’s a pain in the neck. We loved the apartment but the steps and parking were a huge drawback.

A great stay for 4 nights in Philadelphia. Would stay again. Positive: The location was fantastic. Very convenient to see all the Philadelphia historic sites and Penns Landing. The 3 br and 2 bathrooms were great for 3 adult men in town for the MLB All Star game. The apartment is spacious. The host was very responsive and even gave us early check in. Negative: The space and location are great but there is some deferred maintenance that needs attention. The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and a couple of the mini blinds are missing slats. The shower curtain on the upper floor needs a new shower curtain. There is not a master bathroom/bathroom since the bathroom on the main level is on the other side of the kitchen and living room.

Wonderful location in the heart of lots of great restaurants and attractions. If you have trouble with stairs, however, be aware that there is a narrow steep staircase to enter the apartment and another set of stairs to get to the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and the second bathroom. Although photos are accurate, the space felt a bit more cramped than I imagined. If you plan to cook in and are sharing with 6 or more people, the tiny dishwasher is a hindrance to using the plenty of dishes and glasses provided. Host was very responsive to our questions & requests. We lucked out with parking directly outside the apartment when we arrived; but then due to time-limits needed to use a parking garage -- then were very lucky again with free parking near the apartment from Saturday night through 9am Monday. Overall a great stay!
